    We are a black owned T-shirt company committed to bringing you witty phrases on black tees.  Our Tees are for the fashionably conscious who want to make a statement about who and what they are!
Can I get my T-shirt in a different color?
    Our brand is black t-shirts and the only thing that will change is our witty phrases. However,  we have an exclusive "color" collection with Melodrama Boutique in Houston, Texas.  Our signature Tee: "beautifully flawed" comes in different colors at various times of the year. 

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

    You may cancel or change your order AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT BEEN PRINTED AND/OR SHIPPED.  
    Please contact or use the contact us form with your name, order number, and any changes that you'd like us to make and we'll be happy to make them PRIOR TO PRINTING.

When will my order ship?

    Since our orders are printed on demand, it generally takes 1 to 3 business days for orders to process. DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL orders generally ship within 7-10 business days.  

Do you ship internationally?

    Yes.  international orders arrive in 3-5 weeks.  Once your order leaves the U.S., there is no tracking available.  You, will however, receive an email confirmation of your order. 
Is it safe to use my credit card number?
    We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.
What is your privacy policy?
    We will never share your information with any third party. Who is a third party? Well the first party is us, and the second party is you. So a third party is anyone other than us and you. For more information see our privacy policy.
Do you accept PayPal?
    Yes, as well our own payment system. We accept the following regular credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.
Do you accept Apple Pay?
    Yes, as well as our own payment system.  We accept the following regular credit cards:  VISA, MasterCard and AMEX
      What is your return policy?
        If you received a defective item, we will happily replace it.  Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size.

      I placed an order, where is my order confirmation?
        Sometimes our confirmation emails are identified as SPAM, so it may have landed in your SPAM folder.  Otherwise, for DOMESTIC orders, you will receive a shipping and tracking confirmation email once your order has been shipped.  For INTERNATIONAL orders, you will receive an email confirmation once your order is received.
      I get an error message when I enter my tracking number.  What's going on?
        FOR DOMESTIC orders, once shipped, it takes 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
